How do you send a tweet directly to somene’s Twitter page, like Jimmy Fallon’s, for example?

I can’t see a place to make a comment, except pressing Reply or Retweet on someone’s comment, but I don’t want to retweet it and the Reply function only puts the tweet on MY page. How do I put a response on HIS page, right in line with the other comments there?

Just do this, it is very straight forward:
1 – Follow @TeamAutoFollow – To get you in the list (see next)
2 – Follow the team – (see the list at http://teamautofollow.com/ – follow as many as you would like, we all follow back)

You should search in facebook the app calls twitter. I use that aplication.

If someone RT’d you manually (for example: "RT @yourusername: Blah blah!"), it would be in: http://twitter.com/#replies
However, if they used the Twitter’s automated function thingamabob, you would see it here: http://twitter.com/#retweeted_of_mine
If you don’t see it in either of those places, you my friend, are not getting retweeted.

i already got the sidebar transparent .. NOW iwant the section where my tweets appear to be transparent .. can anoybody help me pleaseee !!!
You will have to either remove the image and/or background color or use the opacity CSS properties. If just using a color, remove it. Example:

I follow a magazine on Twitter, and it seems that followers have discussions with each other through the @magazine function. I can only see the magazine’s own tweets, not the replies with @magazine in – how do I access this, if at all?
