I’ve been spamming him everytime he’s online with like 10 tweets per 3 mins..
But no luck so far. Help?
And how did you get JB to follow you?

Two things.

1. Luck – JB can only see so many messages because he’s probably getting millions.
2. The nature of your tweets -See what the other people that he’s followed tweet when they mention him (@justinbieber). A lot of the people he retweets are charming or selfless, and he doesn’t tend to follow those that sound desperate.
