How Do You Download Echofon for Firefox?

Okay, i’m trying to download Twitter for an App on firefox instead of going on the site twitter, and the downloading is really confusing. can you please tell me how to take the steps downloading echofon for firefox? :) thanks! xx (if you don’t know what echofon is go to http://www.echofon.com )

1) Go to: http://www.echofon.com/twitter/firefox/
2) Hit the "install now" button.
3) You’ll see the following message (either on the top or bottom of your screen): "Firefox prevented this site (www.echofon.com) from asking you to install software on your computer."
4) Hit the "Allow" button.
5) A "Software Installation" message will come up.
6) Hit "Install Now’.
7) Restart Firefox.
