How do you reply to a retweet?

for example this is the tweet: KimKardashian: Filming Keeping Up W Kardashians w my 2 fav boys! Mason and @RobKardashian

and you want to write back with what the tweet said so it would be like this:
RobKardashian: My Son! RT @KimKardashian: Filming Keeping Up W Kardashians w my 2 fav boys! Mason and @RobKardashian

Easy. All you need to do is exactly what they done and anyone with the @ who has been included will see it in their @ Messages.

EG – @heyho Whats everyone up to today.
