How many of you think Demi Lovato is just being pathetic here?

I honestly think she’s being too selfish. She’s trying to compete for a spot on the Warped Tour, which, by the way, will never happen, but not that’s not it. She’s been hanging with Alex Gaskarth, who has a f**king GIRLFRIEND, and when Alex said he likes girls with highlights, a couple days later, she got highlights. She’s been tweeting to her fans repeatedly that she’s doing a duet with ATL, and lately, I’ve seen 9 year old Demi fans on here who can’t name a single ATL song yet claim to be "fans."
Ever since she did a duet with We The Kings last year, 11 year old girls have showed up at WTK’s concerts, yelling "Where’s Demi?", etc. I think the same thing will happen to All Time Low. Demi is flirting with Alex, that’s for sure, but in doing so, she’s also giving ATL fake kid fans, which is the last thing that band needs.
I think she’s using ATL and Alex for fame, older fans, and a future as an alternative singer…and a spot on the Warped Tour.
We’re not talking about what Demi gains here, since obviously she gains alot. But All Time Low and Alex Gaskarth is gonna suffer alot for this…what do you think?
I’m a huge ATL fan so obviously I care.
If she wants to be a successful singer, she needs to work for it. Quit Disney, get a real band, lose her "kid" image, compete in the Battle of the Bands and not through connections, for a spot on the Warped tour, etc. If she does it that way, I don’t have a problem. But using ATL for her advantage and in the process disadvantaging them is just bullshit.

My friend went to a all time low concert recently and she wanted to meet alex gaskarth backstage but demi was right next to him and she sort of grabbed him and made a face at my friend then they both just left with Jack and her friend chloe bridges ughhh shes stuckup to the max

Honestly.. you’re taking this a bit far. Maybe Demi just likes the band and sound and wants to work with them? They are both music artists and if they want to work together, then that’s their choice. Obviously the band doesn’t have a problem working with her so I don’t see why you do. They have to have seen a good coming from this, or they wouldn’t have worked with her.
Edit: nm.. so there you go she is doing working on a track with them. Both of them agreed to it, so there’s nothing wrong with it just two music artists working together. Get over it lots of artists work on tracks together that you would never expect but obviously something is there and it works.

Alex has a girlfriend and they are pretty much engaged so she needs to back off. I really hate this codependent relationship she and the bands in the "scene" (or whatever) have. none of them actually like her, they use her for publicity, and she uses them for "scene cred."
