I tweeted a celebrity 2 days ago, but they never responded to my tweet. should I re-tweet them today, or should I wait? Or should I just forget about it? If I tweet them again, would I look obsessed?

Well, wait for a week, at least.

A celebrity is celebrity. they get tons of tweets everyday. some of them don’t even bother to look at the tweets. some of them take a brief look at the tweet and responds only to very interesting tweets. certainly they wouldn’t respond "thanks" to a tweet saying "i am your biggest fan".
Most of the times tweets are not even seen cuz of the number of tweets, just like you miss some updates on your facebook newsfeed cuz of the huge number of them.

that depends on celebrities too, I have never seen Tom Hanks replying to fans. he replies only to the persons he knows. Matthew Perry, and Jim Carrey reply only to interesting tweets by fans.

Sharon Corr has 38,000 followers, but she always replies my tweets.
I have marked them as my "favourites". You could see, and get ideas, how to send tweets to your celebrity.

by the way, I tweet to Matthew Perry almost once in a week since last one n half year, he replied me only once. :-D

A celebrity is a celebrity, they get lods of tweets a day, if you sent like 10 in a day they wouldn’t notice that you were the same person. They just dont have time to respond to everyone. Sorry

depends on the celebrity. if its someone with a lot of followers, its likely they will never reply because they get so many and won’t ever see it. but if its someone with quite a lot, but not too many, and has replied to fans before, then wait a week then try again.

They get millions of tweets everyday, they can’t reply to all of them so they reply to a few if any. Just forget about it

Celeberites get several tweet per second. You can try but they probably won’t even see it. And depending on who they are if they see it they probably wouldn’t even repsond.

Considering that celebrities get several new tweets everyday it will not make you look as if you are obsessed unless you were to send the same tweet several times a day which a lot of people do. If you were to tweet that certain celebrity again it would not make you look obsessed it would make you look as if you are a fan that is doing something that will make that celebrity acknowledge you. You shouldn’t have the highest expectations while tweeting a celebrity but while tweeting a celebrity you never know if they will notice it or if they won’t.
